Refund & Return Policy

At Feel Good Flavors, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel good about every purchase. Here’s how our refund and return process works:
1. Apparel & Accessories
We accept returns or exchanges on unused and unworn apparel and accessories (grinders, stash bags, trays, etc.) within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.

To start a return, email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange your item—your choice.
2. Cannabis Products (Coming Soon – DC Only)
Due to legal and safety regulations, all cannabis sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any cannabis products once they’ve been delivered.
If there’s an issue with your order—such as missing items or incorrect delivery—please contact us within 24 hours at [insert email], and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund depending on the issue.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel a non-cannabis order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not shipped. Cannabis orders (once live) cannot be canceled once processing has begun due to compliance protocols.
