Shipping Policy - the basics

Shipping Policy

At Feel Good Flavors, we ship apparel and accessories nationwide and will soon offer licensed cannabis delivery within Washington, DC.
1. Apparel & Accessories Shipping (U.S. Only)
Shipping Areas:
We currently ship all apparel, grinders, stash bags, gold cones, trays, and other accessories to customers within the United States only.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your delivery address and order weight.
Free Shipping:
We may offer free shipping on certain promotions or order minimums—check the banner or product pages for current deals.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Feel Good Flavors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the carrier first. We’ll do our best to assist if needed.
2. Cannabis Delivery (Coming Soon – DC Only)
Our licensed cannabis delivery service will launch soon in Washington, DC. Here’s what to expect:

  • 21+ Only: You must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID.

  • DC Delivery Only: Cannabis delivery is available only within Washington, DC—no shipping or delivery outside DC is allowed.

  • ID Verification: Your age and identity will be verified at checkout and again at delivery.

  • Same-Day & Scheduled Delivery: Delivery options will include same-day and scheduled windows. More details will be available at launch.

  • No Returns: All cannabis sales are final due to regulatory compliance.
